SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with SIDDHHORA HERBAL PVT. LTD.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We reserve the right to delay processing in case of:

  • High order volume

  • Stock verification

  • Payment verification

  • Force majeure events

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time within India:
3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking link.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable at delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Risk and Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Any claims for lost or delayed shipments must be raised within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Damaged Package

If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel, OR

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage

Damage claims without proper proof may be rejected.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
