RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from SIDDHHORA HERBAL PVT. LTD.

1. 14-Day Strict Return Window

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after 14 days will be automatically rejected without exception.

2. Eligibility Conditions (Strict)

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be completely unused

  • Be unopened and factory-sealed (if applicable)

  • Be in original packaging without damage

  • Include all accessories, labels, and invoices

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

If the product seal is broken, the item has been opened, or shows signs of use, the return will be rejected.

We reserve the sole right to determine eligibility after inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened herbal, Ayurvedic, or ingestible products

  • Personal care or wellness items once unsealed

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

No exceptions will be made for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Return Approval Process

To initiate a return, customers must email:

Customers must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photographic/video evidence is mandatory

Claims raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banking delays are beyond our control

If more than 15 business days pass after refund approval, customers must contact us via email.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India.
